Sales Engineer

We are a growing service provider supporting major Oil & Gas operations across Indonesia, with offices in Jakarta and Balikpapan. To strengthen our commercial capability, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Engineer to drive strategic customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer accounts.

Manage both operational and project-based sales opportunities.

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market and client requirements.

Evaluate and qualify sales opportunities and marketing leads.

Achieve revenue and growth targets while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Collaborate internally to ensure successful delivery of customer requirements.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years proven experience in Oil & Gas sales or related offshore equipment/services.

Strong understanding of PTK 007 MIGAS tender processes.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.

Strong technical and commercial analytical capability.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.

Valid SIM A driving license.

Willing to be stationed in Balikpapan.

Professional, organized, and capable of handling high-pressure environments.
