Business Sales Support Executive (F&B), Indonesia (12-Month Contract) In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales process activities including sample request and coordination, document handling, tracking of delivery to customers and SAP system updates. This role is essential in supporting the Food & Beverage (F&B) business team and you will also play a vital role in preparing accurate data entry and maintaining system integrity as well as preparing monthly reports that summarize key sales activities.

In addition, you will assist in planning and execution of ad hoc commercial events by coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless planning and successful delivery.

The Position:

Assist the commercial team with sample coordination through web-based project management system and track the delivery process to customers.

Manage customer document requests and maintain accurate logs of all samples and documents provided.

Oversee and regularly update project data in internal systems and generate monthly reports summarizing key sales activities.

Coordinate the registration of new products into the system and work closely with relevant stakeholders.

Handle the purchase of promotional items and general office supplies.

Support the organization and coordination of company-wide events, meetings, and conferences.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

Degree in Business or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Strong coordination, presentation and communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.

Proficient in both spoken and written English.

High level of computer literacy including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Quick to learn and adapt to new IT systems with experience in navigating SAP (CRM & ERP) will be an added advantage.

Exposure to Project Management and Process Management will be added advantage.

Service-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities, a keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
