Logistic Admin Staff

who is eager to contribute to our business development and help us achieve our company goals.

Job Description

Manage and monitor delivery schedules and shipment tracking.

Prepare and verify delivery documentation.

Ensure that the product is delivered to the customer in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of delivery activities in the system.

Coordinate with warehouse, deliveryman, and other teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.

1–2 years of experience in logistic and delivery administration, preferably within the automotive industry.

Good communication, scheduling and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); experience with logistic software is a plus (AX System).
