Lead and manage a team of learning & development specialists and talent management
Design and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy that addresses current skills gaps and future leadership needs.
Create and oversee diverse learning initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical or soft skills training.
Conduct talent assessments, manage succession planning, and build career path models to ensure a steady leadership pipeline.
Partner with HRBP to integrate L&D initiatives into performance management and appraisal processes.
Oversee L&D budgets and manage external vendor relationships
Track and report on the effectiveness of programs using relevant metrics
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Organizational Psychology.
8–12 years of progressive experience in L&D and talent management.
Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred.
Proven track record in leading teams and managing projects.
Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
