We’re seeking a hands-on, commercially driven

Country General Manager

to lead our established subsidiary in

Indonesia . Reporting directly to HQ in China, you’ll be the #1 leader on the ground—responsible for P&L, team building, market expansion, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责：

Drive sales growth across B2B & B2C channels, especially through hardware retailers, distributors, and end-user networks. 主导B2B与B2C全渠道销售增长，重点拓展五金零售店、经销商及终端用户网络。

Oversee end-to-end operations: from supply chain and inventory to after-sales service. 全面管理端到端运营，涵盖供应链、库存及售后服务。

Build a high-performance local team and foster a culture of accountability and execution. 打造高绩效本地团队，建立结果导向的执行文化。

Serve as the strategic bridge between global HQ and local market dynamics. 作为全球总部与本地市场的战略桥梁，推动高效协同。

Ideal Candidate Profile | 理想人选画像：

With 10+ years in

general management , preferably in

fluid machinery, pumps, power tools, garden equipment, or electromechanical products . 拥有10年以上综合管理经验，优先考虑来自 流体机械、水泵、电动工具、园林设备或机电产品 行业的背景。

Strong sales DNA with deep knowledge of the

Indonesian distribution landscape . 具备强销售基因，深刻理解 印尼本地渠道生态 。

Willing to be based in

Jakarta

(current office in industrial zone; relocation to city center underway). 愿意常驻 雅加达 （当前办公地位于工业园区，即将迁至市中心）。

Compensation | 薪酬待遇：

Competitive annual package:

RMB 50W–75W , including expat benefits. 具有竞争力的年薪： 50-75万RMB以上 ，含外派津贴。
