Organization Development & Talent Management Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

Design and align organizational structure, role clarity, and job architecture with business strategy.

Develop and standardize competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning systems.

Integrate job descriptions, competencies, performance management, and promotion processes into a consistent and objective framework.

Conduct workforce planning and capability gap analysis to support manpower strategy.

Govern competency assessment, certification, performance cycles, and promotion validation processes.

Support talent mapping and succession readiness to ensure leadership continuity.

Develop OD & TM policies, SOPs, and data-driven governance reports.

Supervise a team member and ensure quality project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field.

5–8 years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, or Manpower Planning. Experience in Retail Industry is a plus.

Strong expertise in organization & workforce design, job and competency architecture, performance and talent system management, and HR governance.

Proven experience in developing competency-based HR frameworks and integrating HR systems (HRIS / performance management systems preferred).

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to structure problems and frame data-driven decisions.

Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills.

High sense of ownership, accountability, integrity, and governance awareness, with the ability to balance fairness and business needs.

Experience supervising at least 1 team member and managing projects end-to-end.
