Main Responsibilities

Collect and analyze market data, industry trends, and competitor information.

Manage and maintain documents related to business plans, performance reports, and market analysis.

Prepare regular reports about the progress and results of business achievement.

General Responsibilities

Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum

2-3 years

of experience as a

Business Analyst or Data Analyst , preferably in

logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing

industries.

Proven experience in analyzing operational data and business performance metrics.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.

Proficient in

Microsoft Excel (advanced) .

Good understanding of logistics processes (transportation, warehouse management, inventory, and distribution).

Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

Strong

analytical thinking ,

problem-solving , and

business acumen .

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across departments.
