Duty Manager Qualifications

Minimum 1 year full time working experience in the same field as Duty Manager at 4/5 Stars Hotel

Minimum Diploma 3 education

English is a must (Written and Spoken)

Familiar with VHP Hotel system and night audit process

Excellent communication skills and guest service mindset

Able to work independently and in a team

Problem solver, open minded characters and creative behaviours
