Job Description Our client is a Japanese Services company and is currently looking for a

Japanese Speaker General Manager .

Job Responsibilities

Preparatory tasks before establishment (store inspections, recruitment, etc.)

Daily operational management of local staff

Implementing initiatives to achieve sales targets (store improvements, proposals, etc.)

Sales management and reporting duties

Other related tasks also assigned

Job Requirements

Working experience in operations or management within the service industry

Conversational Japanese and English skills

Experience related to human resources and marketing
