Supply Chain / Logistic Superintendent - Mining

About Our Client We are representing one of our client in the mining industry who is looking to expand their team

Job Description

Managing site's supply chain operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and logistic & distributions

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment

Monitoring stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking

Implementing strategies to optimise warehouse workflows and space utilisation

Supervising and training staff to maintain high performance standards

Preparing and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments

Collaborating with other departments to support overall operational goals

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain / warehouse management, with experience working on

nickel mining contractor

Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems

Proven experience in forecasting usage and managing critical consumables (fuel, lubricants, tires, spare parts)

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing warehouse teams

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Familiar with HSE standards and safe material handling practices in mining environments

Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

Willing to be placed in Halmahera on a roster basis
