Operational Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations, enforcing policies, procedures, safety standards, and cultural values.
Evaluate and improve operational processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure assets and equipment are properly maintained, safe, and deployed efficiently.
Manage capital expenditures and ensure long‑term asset performance.
Financial & Commercial Management
Achieve annual revenue and operating profit targets.
Support budgeting and financial planning, including ongoing cost and performance reviews.
Partner with sales teams to evaluate opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive long‑term market growth.
Build and strengthen client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and business continuity.
People & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams across operations, engineering, sales, finance, and support functions.
Drive recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and long‑term talent development.
Foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture grounded in accountability and integrity.
Compliance, Quality & Safety
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, legal requirements, and internal governance processes.
Promote a strong culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and quality excellence.
Support QHSE initiatives, operational excellence programs, and continuous improvement frameworks (PDCA, ISO standards).
Cross-Functional & External Collaboration
Coordinate closely with internal departments-operations, engineering, sales, finance, procurement, HR, quality.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, fabricators, suppliers, contractors, and third‑party consultants.
Lead routine meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure operational alignment.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical/business discipline.
Minimum 10 years' experience in supervisory or managerial roles within oil & gas, industrial engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and process equipment (piping, tanks, valves, pumps, skid systems, controls, fabrication, etc.).
Proven ability to manage complex operations and multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced computer literacy and strong reporting, presentation, and communication skills.
