The
B2B Sales Supervisor
is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong, long term partnerships with clients. This role manages the full sales cycle from prospecting and deal closing to after sales support. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, relationship building ability, and a strategic mindset to grow both new and existing accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching prospects, analyzing market trends, and evaluating customer needs.
Establish and develop strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients.
Take full ownership of the sales process from initial approach and negotiation through deal closure and after sales support.
Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Identify opportunities to grow revenue from existing customers through cross selling and upselling.
Maintain long term client relationships by providing ongoing support, insights, and recommendations for business improvement.
Monitor and track client performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to the line manager.
Continuously improve professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and staying updated with industry best practices.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of experience in B2B sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability and strong motivation to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
Demonstrated strong work ethic with a self-disciplined and results oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to perform successfully in a competitive, target driven environment.
Established and strong professional network within the B2B market.
