Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Define and execute end-to-end test strategy

Lead integration, system, regression, and UAT validation

Drive structured defect triage, root cause analysis, and prevention initiatives

Perform advanced API testing and database validation

Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks (API & UI)

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Establish and monitor quality metrics, including:

Test coverage

Defect leakage

Regression stability

Release readiness

Mentor and develop QA Engineers

Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and tooling

Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, DevOps, and Solution Design teams

Requirements 1–3 years experience in software testing

Basic understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies

Experience in:

Manual testing

API testing (Postman or similar tools)

Basic SQL for data validation

Familiar with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp)

Basic coding knowledge (C#, Java, or Python)

Exposure to automation tools such as Playwright or Appium

Familiarity with .NET ecosystem and testing frameworks such as NUnit

Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts

Exposure to backend or microservices-based systems
