Key Account Executive - Modern on Premise & E-commerce

We are seeking a talented and experienced Key Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team at PT ABC President Indonesia. This full‑time role will be based in Jakarta and will involve managing key accounts in the modern on‑premise segment.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the modern on‑premise segment

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to drive sales and ensure excellent customer service

Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within your portfolio of accounts

Provide valuable insights and feedback to the broader sales and marketing teams

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management strategies

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute tailored promotional campaigns

Attend industry events and stay up‑to‑date with market trends and competitor activities

Monitor the implementation in the key account on trading terms, program promotions, new product listings, etc

Monitor stocks on distributor and manage Sales Return

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree, any field, with a minimum of 2 years experience as a key account in the Modern Trade Market

Minimum 1 year experience in Consumer Goods Company

Knowledge about the Modern Market Industry

Strong analytical, negotiation and account management skills

Highly self‑motivated, a hard worker and achievement oriented

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Thorough understanding of the modern on‑premise market and industry trends

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
