Job Description
Reports to:
Country Manager & Finance Manager (Asia)
Job Responsibilities
Handle full‑cycle accounting (journal entries, GL, reconciliations, month‑end closing).
Prepare monthly financial reports and support budgeting process.
Manage bank reconciliations and analyze accounts (accruals, prepayments, liabilities).
Oversee payroll processing and employee expense system.
Monitor forecast vs actual and communicate financial variances.
Support HR–related administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
4–6 years of accounting experience.
Strong understanding of GL, reporting, and inventory reconciliation.
Experience with ERP (Dynamics preferred).
Experience in multinational company preferred (Eastern Europe background is a plus).
Fluent in English (Russian/Bulgarian is an advantage).
Detail‑oriented with good communication skills.
