What You'll Do
End-to-End Payroll:
Manage the full cycle of Singapore payroll.
Compliance Expert:
Ensure all filings and contributions (CPF, SDL, FWL) are accurate and submitted on time.
Tax Season Lead:
Handle annual tax reporting, including IR8A, IR21, and other IRAS requirements.
Government Claims:
Manage and submit claims for GML, PLP, NS Men make-up pay, and other statutory reimbursements.
Query Resolution:
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and tax inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications
Has
3–4 years of hands-on experience specifically handling
Singapore payroll.
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and address employee inquiries.
Native or professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for reporting and communication.
Proficiency in (Workday/SAP/Talenox) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your best friends).
Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and prevailing MOM regulations.
University degree or currently pursuing studies in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Ability to adapt and operate with a high level of integrity.
