Finance Staff

Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily bank transactions and prepare monthly financial reports.

Track student payments, coordinate with Admissions for new student data, and provide weekly and monthly payment reports.

Perform regular bank reconciliations for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Manage school fee communications, monitor unpaid fees, and issue receipts as needed.

Process vendor payments and online transactions through the ERP system.

Coordinate AP settlements and ensure accurate input in ERP.

Supervise bookstore sales, inventory, and monthly financial reporting.

Prepare monthly finance and cash flow reports.

Organize and maintain financial filing and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
