Fire Services & Hydraulics Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Fire Services and Hydraulics Engineer to join our dynamic MEP team in Indonesia. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to high-impact projects, ensuring the successful design and implementation of hydraulic and fire services systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

The Opportunity

Undertake detailed design work in Hydraulic/Fire services engineering.

Provide and review design calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and building codes.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to meet project deliverables.

Supervise and mentor junior engineers to foster growth and team development.

Is this role right for you?

Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or similar area.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection and plumbing systems, focusing on consultancy and construction projects. Any exposures in Data Center projects would be an advantage.

Registered Certified Expert or Professional Engineer, SKA Muda-Madya certification (if available) or other relevant mechanical engineering certifications.

Experience in the operation of software design tools including Revit.

Proven working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines – and Arup’s related procedures including OH&S. Familiarity with Indonesia authority submission and approval procedures will be an added advantage.
