Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and approach potential clients (corporate, schools, travel agents, event organizers, communities)
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Represent Rasamadu Heritage at exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings
Requirements :
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (tourism/hospitality experience is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to travel for business purposes
