Job Description
We are seeking a
Site Operations Manager
to serve as the primary steward of our established site. This is not a construction role; it is a role for a seasoned operator who understands the nuances of running a "live" environment. You will lead daily operations, security, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance, and logistics with a focus on
asset longevity
and
operational excellence .
You are the operational backbone—the person who ensures that the map matches the territory. Your mission is to maintain the site in a "guest-ready" state, ensuring that every system, from power grids to community relations, functions with the reliability and discipline of a high-end luxury resort.
What You Will Do
Asset Stewardship:
Oversee the daily upkeep and preventative maintenance of all physical assets, ensuring the site remains in peak condition 365 days a year.
Operational Continuity:
Manage the "running state" of MEP, logistics, and transportation, prioritizing reliability over temporary fixes.
Budgetary Rigor:
Direct operational budgets and resource planning with a focus on
Total Cost of Ownership , optimizing for long-term sustainability rather than short-term project savings.
Governance & Compliance:
Enforce SOPs and HSE frameworks that protect the site’s reputation and legal standing.
Community Diplomacy:
Build and maintain deep, "skin-in-the-game" relationships with local leaders, government authorities, and landowners to ensure long-term harmony.
Team Mentorship:
Lead department heads through a "Hospitality First" lens, fostering a culture of service and accountability.
Risk Mitigation:
Maintain real-time risk logs and compliance reporting, proactively identifying "fragilities" in the system before they lead to operational downtime.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Operational Tenure:
Significant experience managing
running real estate assets , luxury estates, or established hospitality operations.
Anti-Project Bias:
You thrive in the "evergreen" nature of operations rather than the "start-stop" nature of construction.
Technical Literacy:
A firm grasp of MEP and facilities management within a tropical, remote environment.
Stakeholder Mastery:
High-level emotional intelligence for complex local Indonesian community relations.
Remote Resilience:
Experience operating in frontier locations Lombok where supply chains require clever "tinkering" and proactive planning.
Bilingual Proficiency:
Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
Why This Role Matters
While others build, you
sustain . The Site Operations Manager is the guardian of the brand's promise. By ensuring the site functions seamlessly and safely, you protect the organization from volatility and ensure that the transition into full-scale hospitality is a natural evolution of an already-excellent operation.
