PT Aexel Bio Medis' is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the sales of our dermal filler and injectable products. In this full‑time role based in Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing effective sales strategies to drive growth within the aesthetic medicine industry.

What you'll be doing

Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to expand market share and increase revenue

Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges

Build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors

Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns

Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the aesthetic medicine or pharmaceutical industry

Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to analyse data and make data‑driven decisions

Thorough understanding of the aesthetic medicine industry and market trends

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
