Technical Account Manager

Working Location: Jakarta (Hybrid, Virtual Office)

Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing all pre-sales projects that are customer’s related, including but not limited to: Ensuring all processes of the customer’s requirement run smoothly and meet expectations. Acting as a communication bridge between Sales and Engineering Team. Conducting technical assessment of the customer’s infrastructure. Leading kick-off meeting and tracking ongoing client-related projects up to finishing and documentation. Creating cloud topology and architecture solution to be converted into project. Preparing comprehensive reports on the progress of all assigned projects. Continuously learning and staying updated on new technology related to cloud and virtualization management, migration, and deployment.

Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor degree in IT (including Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information System) Experienced working in combines pre-sales, project management, and Delivery Services. Direct or hands-on experience in designing technical project (application or cloud migration project) Experience in delivering multi-solution and multi-products Excellent project management capabilities and strong consultative communication skills Experienced in roles as Technical Sales, Presales, Engineer, Solution Architect, or IT Consultant Experienced in IT industries such as Cloud provider, System integrator, IT infrastructure consulting Proficiency in critical aspects for major projects—such as email, data, and server migrations to the cloud; migrations from old servers to new servers; or transitions from one cloud environment to another. Experience in handling risk management for each project, which is essential to prevent failures or any potential risks during implementation.

Proficiencies: Having extensive experience focusing on Red Hat, Canonical, and Kubernetes implementations for customers Familiar and experienced handling IT assessment, IT topology drafting, solution formulation Proficiency in Linux and Microsoft Operating System Deployment and management experience with GCP/AWS/Alibaba Cloud Hypervisor (Hyper-V, VMWare, Proxmox, XenServer, Linux KVM, Virtual Box) Hosting area (platform management, domain, and migration) Data center area (technical, remote hand, monitoring) Experience in opensource cloud computing infrastructure Having extensive experience focusing on Red Hat, Canonical, and Kubernetes implementations for customers
