Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Design, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year of experience in lighting sales, electrical products, project sales, or related B2B industries.

Strong knowledge of lighting products, solutions, and applications (indoor/outdoor, architectural, commercial, or industrial).

Proven experience managing key accounts, developing new business, and delivering project‑based solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients such as consultants, contractors, architects, and project owners.

Strong analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to propose lighting solutions based on client needs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

English communication skills (spoken & written).

Willing to travel for client visits, site meetings, and project coordination.
