R&D Manager - Chemical

Leading and mentoring a team of R&D professionals, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Planning, executing, and completing R&D projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.

Developing new products and processes, enhancing existing ones, and identifying new technologies and materials to improve product performance and sustainability.

Working closely with cross-functional teams like product development, marketing, sales, and manufacturing to ensure successful product commercialization.

Ensuring all R&D activities comply with industry regulations and standards, including proper documentation and intellectual property protection.

Managing the R&D budget and allocating resources effectively.

Requirements Minimum of a master’s degree, preferably a Doctorate in polyester/chemicals

10 years of R&D experience in the resin and beverage adhesive industry

Must be from a global or multinational company
