What You Will Do:

Develop cost estimates for all key product levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate with R&D and Sourcing teams to gather detailed material information and usage rates.

Create and maintain a basic costing database to streamline cost analysis and reporting.

Validate Standard Minute Value (SMV) to ensure alignment between production planning and actual production costs.

Monitor and verify SMV consistency for mass production to avoid cost discrepancies.

Prepare periodic cost analysis reports and present key findings to management for cost control and optimization.

Provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving opportunities across the production cycle.

What You Will Need:

Minimum education of D3 in Garment Production.

At least 2 years of experience in costing analysis or manufacturing in the apparel industry.

Strong understanding of apparel construction and Standard Minute Value (SMV) validation processes.

Detail-oriented, agile, diligent, and honest.

Proficiency in cost analysis tools and MS Excel.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills and ability to present cost data effectively.
