SUPPLY CHAIN

Preferably have experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations

Strong analytical skills and

understanding of supply chain processes

Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Excellent leadership and collaboration skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot, vlookup, basic analysis)

Job Description: Ensure adequate stock levels at the warehouse in accordance with the goods requirement plan

Receive, check, and release goods from the warehouse following company procedures

Monitor and analyze stock availability in warehouses and outlets based on minimum stock/order levels

Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for delivery scheduling and stock planning

Ensure goods are delivered following the FEFO principle and perform proper packing prior to shipment

Prepare and update stock reports, stock movement data, and delivery documentation

Support logistics operations and ensure smooth material flow from warehouse to delivery

Identify potential stock issues (overstock/understock) and propose improvement actions
