Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and analyze sales plans to achieve targets for industrial gas products.
Technical Sales: Expertly sell industrial gas equipment and services, such as nitrogen/oxygen generators and compressors, to sectors like manufacturing, oil and gas, and chemical.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with industrial clients.
Leadership: Manage and train sales representatives, driving performance through coaching and motivation.
Market Knowledge: Analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, combined with 5+ years in the same position of relevant industrial or technical sales experience.
Core Skills:
Negotiation: Expert capability in negotiating contracts and technical, high-value projects.
Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of industrial gas applications, safety, and equipment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
