over 12 years of operations in Jakarta , specializing in high-end building materials, including ceramics, granite, marble slabs, sintered stone, and a wide range of sanitary ware products.
With long-term partnerships across China and international markets, we manage end-to-end import and distribution to support projects and customers across Indonesia. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our import and purchasing team to strengthen our supply chain and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full import process from China to Indonesia, including shipping arrangements and customs clearance.
Handle and prepare complete import documentation (PI, invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.).
Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance.
Monitor container schedules, arrival timelines, and import cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, including SNI certification and related requirements.
Place purchase orders, terms, and delivery schedules with Chinese suppliers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate new sourcing options.
Coordinate purchasing plans based on sales orders, stock levels, and customer demand.
Communicate daily with suppliers in Mandarin (spoken & written).
Logistics, Delivery & System Coordination
Coordinate inbound shipments and internal distribution until goods are delivered to customers.
Work closely with sales, warehouse, QC, and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
Monitor stock movement and inventory status.
Experience using ERP / inventory / shipment tracking systems is highly preferred.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in import, purchasing, customs clearance, or PPJK-related roles.
Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory for supplier communication.
Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong understanding of import documentation, customs procedures, and SNI-related processes.
Experience in building materials, sanitary ware, ceramics, granite, or related industries is preferred.
Familiar with Excel and import/logistics tracking systems.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Willing to be based at PIK 2, Kosambi Barat, Kabupaten Tangerang.
