Weshine is hiring for our client SPACE (MedTech) Pte. Ltd, based in Singapore, for a hybrid role. SPACE (MedTech) is a MedTech startup developing smart medical solutions for the cardiopulmonary space, focused on non-invasive, AI-powered disease monitoring to enable timely intervention and better self-management of conditions like congestive heart failure.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Promotion Manager to join our growing team, responsible for driving product adoption and achieving assigned sales targets among end users. This role focuses on promoting the company’s products, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring a positive end-to-end user experience.
The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-oriented, and comfortable engaging directly with end users. You will provide after-sales support by assisting customers with proper product usage, encouraging regular use, and collecting feedback to improve satisfaction and retention. You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple user interactions effectively.
You will play a key role in representing the company to end users and will regularly report sales progress, user feedback, and any issues encountered to the company headquarters in Singapore, contributing to continuous product and service improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote sales of our product to potential end users according to our sales target.
Provide after sales services, including but not limited to the followings:
Assist end users on proper use of the product.
Remind end users to use the product regularly according to doctor's instructions.
Collect end user's feedback on the use of the product.
Report to company HQ in Singapore on progress, problems encountered, user feedback, etc., regularly.
Requirements:
Applicants must be currently based in Jakarta.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales promotion, customer engagement, or after-sales support; experience in healthcare or MedTech products is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain products clearly to end users.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collect user feedback, identify issues, and report insights clearly and accurately.
Comfortable preparing regular progress and activity reports for headquarters in Singapore.
Basic proficiency in using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, messaging apps, reporting tools).
