Job Title AVP, RM, Liabilities, SME Banking – DBS Bank

Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long‑standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

Responsibilities

Approach new customers, process new account opening, and maintain existing relationships.

Monitor customer accounts and activities.

Liaise and work with other departments (GTS, Treasury, Custody) to cross‑sell other products of the bank, beside CASA and FD.

Manage risk by ensuring proper KYC and due diligence in acquiring new customers for the bank.

Conduct necessary existing client visits at least twice a year to ensure operation of accounts.

Adhere to internal and external policy, regulatory policy.

Maintain service excellence to customers by responding to queries and complaints immediately and providing appropriate solutions.

Manage good relationships within and with other colleagues, teams, and departments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated, self‑driven, able to work independently, make decisions and demonstrate strong control attitude.
