Telesales Specialist

We’re Hiring: School Telesales Executive Location: Pluit - North Jakarta Employment Type: Part-Time Are you a confident communicator with a passion for education and sales? Join our dynamic team as a Telesales Executive, where you’ll play a key role in connecting with parents, students, and communities to promote our school’s programs and offerings. Responsibilities Contact prospective parents and students via phone to introduce school programs and admissions opportunities. Provide accurate information about courses, curriculum, facilities, and enrollment processes. Follow up with leads, inquiries, and applications to support the admissions team. Maintain a database of calls, leads, and conversions. Achieve weekly/monthly telesales targets.

Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident telephone manner with persuasive selling abilities. Previous telesales, call center, or customer service experience preferred. Passion for education and helping families find the right school fit. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the education industry is a plus Proficiency in Bahasa and English is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
