Teaching Responsibilities

①Teaching: Teach Japanese at primary, middle and senior levels. Explain grammar, vocabulary and Japanese culture knowledge clearly in Indonesian or English.

②Course design and optimization: Participate in or be responsible for the teaching outline design, lesson plan writing, courseware production and teaching resource development of relevant courses. Develop lesson plans and exercise banks that meet the characteristics of Indonesian students; design special training (listening/reading/grammar).

③Student Guidance and Assessment: Classroom teaching, tutoring; design and correction of homework and examinations; scientific and fair assessment of students 'learning results. Follow up students' learning progress and provide regular feedback on learning results. Provide JLPT preparation strategies and personalized guidance.

④Cross-cultural teaching: Integrate Japanese social culture into teaching to help students understand the application scenarios of language.

⑤Participate in teaching and research activities: actively participate in teaching discussion, curriculum reform and academic exchange activities.

Job Requirements

①Educational background: Master's degree or above in Japanese, education or related major. (Excellent candidates with rich industry experience may be relaxed to bachelor's degree.)

②Language: Proficient in Indonesian or English (teaching demonstration test will be conducted during the interview).

③Language proficiency: Japanese native-level or JLPT N1 certification (must provide certificate). English-taught students must demonstrate excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to deliver full English instruction, develop English teaching materials/coursesware, and communicate professionally with students and colleagues. Applicants must submit relevant proof (e.g., IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC scores, English-taught course certification, overseas study experience).

④Teaching ability/ Potential: Good communication skills, logical thinking and classroom organization skills. Love teaching, responsible, patient and friendly. Experience in JLPT test points and teaching methods is preferred.

⑤Certificate of Qualification (key priority): Preference will be given to those who hold a teaching certificate.

⑥Cultural adaptability: understand the Indonesian education environment and adjust teaching strategies according to the characteristics of local students.
