IT AI Automation Developer

Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for automating processes using AI tools like N8N, managing digital marketing systems, optimizing CRM processes, and providing IT support for platforms such as Squarespace or Wix. Your expertise will help streamline business operations and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Implement AI‑powered solutions to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Research and integrate new AI tools to streamline business operations.

Assist in training the team to effectively use AI‑powered platforms.

Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using N8N.

Improve lead management, customer follow-up, and reporting processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

CRM & Mailchimp Management

Set up customer journeys, segment audiences, and create email campaigns using Mailchimp.

Maintain and optimize CRM systems for efficient customer data management.

Analyze and optimize workflows to increase campaign engagement.

Website & Visual Editing

Assist with managing and updating Squarespace or Wix websites.

Perform webmaster tasks like domain settings, website maintenance, and platform integrations.

Use visual editors to design and modify web pages, email templates, and landing pages.

Adaptability & Independence

Learn new tools and platforms as needed for business processes.

Work autonomously and efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Proven experience with AI tools, N8N, and Mailchimp.

Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
