The

Tolling Quality Specialist

will be responsible for:

Managing Quality Management System (QMS) activities for tolling operations in Indonesia

Leading toller development and audits

Overseeing Residual Impurities (cross contamination) risk control

Supporting broader quality functions including packaging supplier management, finished goods release, customer complaint response, and rework handling

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Agriculture, Chemistry, or related fields

Knowledge & Skills

ISO 9001 internal and/or external audit certification is required

Experience in agricultural manufacturing quality management is preferred

Strong understanding of QMS principles and toller management

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP systems

Good oral English and strong communication skills

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality roles within pesticide formulation or chemical manufacturing

Toller management experience is highly desirable

Act as RI expert for tollers and third-party sites

Lead risk assessments, continuous improvement activities, and changeover residual data release

Audit Management

Prepare annual audit plans

Conduct QMS and RI audits for current and new tolling/third-party plants

Issue audit reports, track CAPA closure, and deliver targeted training

Supplier Quality Oversight

Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to conduct quality assessments for new suppliers

Execute annual audits for packaging material and chemical suppliers

Manage all Albaugh Indonesia customer complaints

Review investigation accuracy, track closure rates, and verify CAPA effectiveness

Product Standards & Inspection

Work with FD/MSD teams to implement product standards and incoming inspection plans in tolling and third-party plants

Rework & Shelf-Life Management

Participate in rework and extension handling for near-expiration products

Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Sales on processing

Release and publish updated COAs
