Sales Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Create and implement Sales Strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships within the automotive industry.

Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new client.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adjust strategies.

Manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and supporting.

Manage and create new RFQs received from customer.

Serve as the main contact for tier-1 clients, handling inquiries and conducting negotiations effectively.

Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree from any major.

Active English Business skill.

More than 5 years of working experience as Sales supervisor or assistant manager in an Automotive Manufacturing company.

Proven experience in building and maintaining good relationship with key OEMs (2 wheels and 4 wheels).

Able to work under pressure and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
