Internet Protocol Engineer

You will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance IP networks that support business and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain IP networks including LAN, WAN, and data center networks Implement routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, etc.) Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise for reliability and speed Collaborate with network architects, security teams, and operations teams to deploy scalable network solutions Maintain documentation for network topologies, configurations, and procedures Plan and implement network upgrades and expansions Ensure compliance with network security standards and best practices

Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, and switching Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network security protocols Experience with enterprise or ISP-level network design and operation
