Process Engineer

We are currently building a talent pool for future opportunities for a

Process Engineer

to support our EPC projects.

Job Descriptions

Perform all process engineering activities in accordance with the approved document list and project schedule as assigned by the Process Manager

Prepare process design deliverables including calculations, drawings, specifications, datasheets, and technical reports

Develop process documents to support other disciplines in design activities and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) estimation

Conduct process simulations and engineering calculations, including hydraulic analysis and equipment sizing

Generate process reports using HYSYS or equivalent simulation software

Design process equipment such as vessels, tanks, separators, piping systems, and heat exchangers

Design and review process safety equipment including pressure safety valves (PSV), control valves, and other safety systems

Support vendor clarification meetings and review vendor documents to ensure compliance with process design requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer, preferably in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects

Strong capability in both basic and detailed engineering design for industrial plant facilities

Experienced in performing process calculations including hydraulic analysis, line sizing, equipment sizing, and heat exchanger thermal rating

Proficient in process simulation software such as HYSYS (Aspen HYSYS preferred)

Knowledge of process safety engineering is an advantage

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Japanese language proficiency is an advantage

Willing to travel for business trips

Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
