Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee Program based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. Participants will engage in comprehensive training to develop skills in business operations, management practices, and leadership. Responsibilities include participating in workshops, attending training sessions, working on projects, and collaborating with teams across departments to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the company's operations.

Qualifications Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills Interest or experience in business operations, management, and finance Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a growth-oriented mindset A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software or tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior work or internship experience in business or finance is an added advantage
