Finance Controller

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning. Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements (including OJK). Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making. Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and identify opportunities for cost and margin optimization. Enhance internal controls and oversee the implementation of efficient, scalable financial systems. Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team while driving effective cross-functional collaboration. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting. 8–12 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Strategy roles, with 3–5 years in a leadership position. Strong expertise in financial reporting (PSAK), forecasting, and budgeting. Proficient in Excel, SAP, and Power BI. Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
