Chief HR Officer

We’re looking for a super experienced, talented and senior HR leader to grow and support our HR function. You’ll be excited and energetic about joining a company that is growing and contribute by enhancing our HR team by implementing strategy and providing clear direction to the team.

Duties and responsibilities

Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns and supports with the company vision, values and goals

Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention to attract and develop a diverse and high performing team

Lead performance management and talent development initiatives, providing coaching and support to leaders and employees

Design and execute employee engagement programs, ensuring a positive work environment and a strong company culture

Lead the review of compensation and benefit programs to ensure competitiveness

Provide analytics and reporting of the HR function to the senior leadership team, giving insights to guide decision making and improve HR processes

Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating HR related risks for the company

Collaborate with other senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Work experience and skills

Master’s or Doctor’s degree in Human Resources is required

Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles with a track record of successfully driving HR strategies and initiatives

In‑depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and industry trends

Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change

Demonstrate the ability to foster employee engagement and create a positive work culture

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities using data to drive decisions

Advanced to Proficient level English is required

Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus
