Qualifications
Min Bachelor's degree in Food Technology / Biology
Minimum of 5 years in the F&B industry, specifically in QA/QC in restaurant
Experienced in auditing stores with multiple types/brands (min 500 SKU)
Proficient in product, process, and service quality inspection.
Experienced in developing Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms.
Experienced in handling non-conformities and customer complaints.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel for data processing and charts, and PowerPoint)
Assertive, critical thinker, meticulous, communicative
Able to work independently (with minimum supervision) or in a team, with strong analytical skills
Ready to work 6 days (West Jakarta)
Responsibilities
Monitoring product, process, and service compliance with requirements through store assessments
Conducting traceability of non-conformities and customer complaints
Providing suggestions for root cause identification, corrective, and preventive actions
Preparing documents (SOP, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) related to QA Store activities
Compiling reports to be submitted to superiors
Hospitality & Tourism 1,001-5,000 employees
