We’re Hiring: Rewards & HC Operations Manager
For Jakarta | Financial Services Company (Multi Finance)
If you have
5+ years of experience
in Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations, and you’ve handled
payroll, incentives, salary structure, and compliance,
this role is for you.
What You’ll Own:
Total Rewards & Compensation
Lead end-to-end compensation & benefits strategy
Design and manage salary structure, job grading, and incentive schemes
Oversee annual salary review and bonus cycles
Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
Payroll & HR Operations
Manage end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and compliance
Oversee HR operations governance, policies, and SOP implementation
Monitor people cost budgeting in collaboration with Finance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (BPJS, labor law, OJK if applicable)
Systems & Process Excellence
Improve and streamline HRIS and payroll systems
Drive process automation and operational efficiency
Establish strong controls and reporting mechanisms
We’re Looking For:
5–10+ years of experience in
Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards / HR Operations
Strong experience in payroll management, incentives, and salary structure design
Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, leasing, fintech, multi-finance preferred)
Strong understanding of labor regulations and compliance
Analytical mindset with budgeting and cost-control exposure
Proven ability to build or transform HR operational frameworks
You’ll have the autonomy to drive real change and not just maintain processes.
