QC Executive (Food Seasoning) - Food Manufacture - Jakarta (B-127571) Our client is a

and Beverages company . Currently, they are looking for a

QC Executive .

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct quality testing on raw materials and finished goods, including sensory, visual, and salt content analysis.

Collect and prepare samples for external laboratory testing.

Verify Certificates of Analysis (COA) and ensure materials meet specifications before use.

Perform factory, equipment, and hygiene inspections, including pre-production checks.

Carry out equipment verification and calibration as required.

Maintain HACCP documentation, QC records, and laboratory cleanliness and inventory.

Ensure only approved products are released for delivery to customers.

Issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) for materials and finished products as required.

Promptly report non-conformities and quality issues, and support investigation and corrective actions.

Assist in internal and external audits and provide basic training to new staff.

Support and oversee daily quality control operations to ensure effective implementation of QC systems.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company or immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.

High-conversational level of English to communicate with direct supervisor.

Minimum 2 years of QC experience in food industry.

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.

Able to conduct raw material and finished goods testing, inspections, documentation, and audits.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a factory environment.
