IT Solution Architect (Presales Services)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical IT Presales Services professional to support our sales team in designing competitive IT services solutions, specifically for IT manpower and managed services projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting technical sizing, preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity), and analyzing manpower requirements based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements (RFP/RFQ/TOR) related to IT services and manpower projects

Perform technical sizing and effort estimation for IT services engagements

Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantity) including manpower allocation, scope, and cost structure

Design service models (onsite, remote, managed services, project-based)

Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams to ensure solution feasibility

Support proposal preparation, pricing strategy, and cost calculation

Participate in client meetings to clarify technical and service-related requirements

Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with operational capability and SLA standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT Presales / IT Services / Solution Design

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, application support, or managed services

Experience in preparing BOQ and manpower costing for IT projects

Familiar with RFP/RFQ process and proposal documentation

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling enterprise or government IT services projects

Understanding of SLA, KPI, and IT service operations structure

Knowledge of ITSM framework (ITIL is a plus)

Advanced Excel skills for costing and calculation
