Key Account Manager

Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients in the Horeca industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and develop long-term business partnerships. What You'll Do

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Horeca clients, ensuring long-term partnerships. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within the Horeca sector. Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Provide sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management for strategic planning. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance business growth. Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the Horeca industry. Strong knowledge of the Horeca sector, including industry trends and customer needs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed.
