The Construction Supervisor is responsible for the daily management and supervision of construction projects on-site, ensuring that progress, quality, and safety meet company standards.

This position plays a vital role in project execution and requires extensive construction experience, strong team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and direct on-site construction activities according to drawings and project plans. Supervise construction progress, material usage, and workmanship quality. Ensure that the construction site complies with safety and environmental standards. Coordinate communication between contractors, workers, supervisors, and project managers. Maintain daily construction records and submit progress reports. Assist the project manager in cost control and material accounting. Participate in construction inspections and address any issues or deficiencies.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate. You are a strong networker & relationship builder You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
