Job Description:

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all constructionprojects within the industrial estate, ensuring the alignment withstrategic business goals and operational efficiency targets.

Develop project execution plans, schedules, and constructionmethodologies that deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Oversee daily construction operations across multiple sites,ensuring adherence to approved designs, specifications, and contractualobligations.

Monitor project progress, verify contractor performance, managesite inspections, and resolve on-site issues proactively.

Establish and enforce robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control(QA/QC) systems to ensure all construction works meet requiredspecifications, regulations, and safety standards.

Manage all construction contracts, contractors, subcontractors, andsuppliers to achieve optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

Prepare and present progress reports and budget forecasts tomanagement.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors,consultants, vendors, local authorities, and stakeholders.

Lead, mentor, and develop site managers, supervisors, andconstruction teams, building a culture of accountability, quality, andsafety.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in

Civil Engineering , ConstructionManagement, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

Minimum

15 years’ experience

in large-scale constructionproject management, with

at least 5 years in a senior managerial

orGM role.

Demonstrated success managing

major industrial estate orinfrastructure projects (500 Ha or more preferred).

Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and siteinfrastructure construction.

Proficiency in construction management tools such as MicrosoftProject, AutoCAD, etc.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Solid knowledge of local construction laws, permitting, and sitesafety requirements.

Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and large site teams.

High frequency visit to sites and stakeholders’ meetings.
