Italian Language Specialist

We are looking for a

Italian-speaking team member

to support our travel company in serving Italian clients. Our company provides tailor‑made itineraries and inbound travel services across Indonesia. While our travel consultants handle itinerary design and trip arrangements, we need an Italian Language Specialist to bridge the communication gap between our team and our Dutch‑speaking customers.

Base pay range IDR9,000,000.00/yr - IDR11,000,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Translate company documents, emails, and travel materials from English/Indonesian into Italian (and vice versa when needed).

Communicate directly with Italian‑speaking customers through email, chat, or phone to assist with inquiries and ensure smooth communication.

Proofread and ensure translation accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness.

Collaborate with the travel team to relay client requests or feedback.

Support in maintaining Italian-language content for marketing or customer communication materials (if needed).

Qualifications

Fluent in Italian, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Good command of English.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

No prior experience in travel planning required. Training about our services will be provided.
