As an Associate Teacher, you'll support the lead teacher in creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally rich classroom environment. Together, you'll help children with and without special needs explore, learn, and grow—making a real difference in their early childhood experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Support the lead teacher in organizing and maintaining an engaging classroom environment. Participate in the development and review of individual classroom plans with the lead teacher and supervisor. Assist in implementing classroom strategies to support each child's learning and development. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

30 college credits, including 12 in early childhood education or a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification Associate’s degree in early childhood education (preferred) Sign on bonus for new hires or eligible rehires only
