General Requirements

Min. Bachelor degree with educational background relevant to the position

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel

Experienced in corporate sales with strong strategic planning, leadership and team management skills to consistently achieve sales targets (SM)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English both spoken and written

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
